Kristen has 27 years of professional experience working with businesses to build diverse and inclusive workplaces. As a former leader with a global professional services firm, Kristen developed a multi-pronged approach for people with disabilities and their caregivers that resulted in more leadership roles and visibility and established the firm as a leader and employer of choice for people of disabilities. She also developed
a national strategy for the firm’s women’s advisory board and created and implemented robust leadership development for rising female talent. Kristen has a master’s degree from American University, Certificate in Community Relations from Boston College Carrol School of Management, and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) Credential through the International Coaching Federation.
