Kim has extensive experience working with people with disabilities and is an expert in the disability and accessibility arena. She is passionate about working with companies and organizations to assist them in embracing an environment of diversity, accessibility, and inclusion. Kim was COO at the Columbia Lighthouse for the Blind and while at Merck and Co., she managed a staff of 140 sales representatives. Kim obtained both a bachelor’s in economics and a master’s degree in Business Administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and Northwestern University’s J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management. Kim received the 2015 Mayor’s “Washington Women of Excellence Award in Leadership” and in 2020, Kim was recognized in the Executive Profile section of the Washington Business Journal.
