Kerry Stith

Kerry A. Stith currently serves as Senior Vice President and Senior Strategy Planning Specialist for PNC’s Lending Transformation Program. He has had a long and distinguished career with PNC and is a past winner of the Performance Award, the highest honor the company bestows on its employees.  Long a champion of diversity and inclusion efforts at PNC, Kerry founded the Consumer Loan Center Diversity Council.  He was a founding member of PNC’s Pittsburgh African American Employee Business Resource Group (EBRG).  Kerry currently serves as Awareness Group Chair for PNC Enable, PNC’s Disability Awareness EBRG.  He is also a member of PNC’s EBRG Advisory Council.  He was featured in the Profiles In Diversity trade magazine.

As the father of a son on the autism spectrum, Kerry has a passion for disability awareness, advocacy and employment.

Kerry’s is active in the community as well as the corporate arena. He is an ordained minister and serves at the Triumph Church of Pittsburgh.  He is a past board member of the Urban League of Pittsburgh and the March of Dimes of Western Pennsylvania.  He was honored by the New Pittsburgh Courier as one of its 2012 ‘Men of Excellence.”

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and an MBA from Waynesburg College (now Waynesburg University).  He is currently pursuing his Masters of Divinity Degree at Regent University.

Kerry resides in the Town of McCandless, Pennsylvania with wife Cynthia and their sons Ryan and Christian.
