Diana serves as the Director of Corporate Stakeholder Engagement. She is responsible for managing various relationships with key stakeholders across the portfolio of programs at Disability:IN.
Diana has worked in the advertising, marketing, and design industry for 15 years. She started her career as an assistant in television ad sales. She spent eight years working with various internal and external clients on identifying which cable television programs and/or other means of advertising were best suited for a client’s target demographic.
She then spent seven years working in the architecture industry where she focused on the marketing and graphic design side. The first half of her tenure was spent at a global firm where she focused on managing the delivery of top quality proposals and presentations. More recently, she spent time working at a local firm where she was a hands on-leader ensuring the highest quality of projects were completed. She was also responsible for managing, creating, and implementing various types of strategies for internal and external clients.
Diana earned a Master of Business Administration from The University of Houston System and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from The University of Tulsa.
Diana is extremely passionate about being an advocate for disability inclusion in the workplace and in athletics. In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering, public speaking, racing, and traveling.
