Cynthia Collver
In Cynthia’s previous role at Raytheon Technologies, she was the Enterprise Director, HR compliance. She fully implemented regulatory requirements inclusive of revised regulations, Executive Orders, Directives, and procedural changes, issued by OFCCP. Cynthia actively participated in the Raytheon Diversity Council to provide thought leadership around individuals with disabilities and assisted the Employee Resource Group (ERG) for individuals with disabilities to produce its first strategic plan. She secured senior-level commitment to be a founding member of the Disability Equality Index (DEI), which led to Raytheon’s designation as a DEI “Best Places to Work for Disability Inclusion.”
