Bio

Cristina Carlstrom is a Senior Manager of Multi-Channel Strategic Ops Solutions at U.S. Cellular. She also serves as Chair of the Board for the Chicago CapABLE Associate Network and President of the Disc Golf Foundation.  Cristina has won numerous awards and accolades in sales, leadership and continuous improvement efforts.

Cristina is passionate about her work and brings over 20 years of wireless experience and 25 plus years of leadership experience in telecommunications and retail sales & operations including the national retail, corporate owned and agent channels. She has been on the board of the CAN ARG since the founding of the group at U.S. Cellular in 2016.  She was appointed Chair in 2018 and has brought disability awareness campaigns and volunteer opportunities for members.

Cristina is a proud alumnus of Boston College.  She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in both Human Development and Communications with a minor in Advertising.  She has also received Masters Certificates from Tulane University in Organizational Leadership and Negotiations from the University of Notre Dame.
