Bio

Brooke Thomas is the Global Diversity Outreach and Engagement Manager, Aeronautics for Lockheed Martin Corporation. In this capacity, she is responsible for leading Aero’s outreach programs and manages diverse community groups to ensure plan objectives are met and support the achievement of desired business outcomes.

Previously, Ms. Thomas was an Equity and Compliance Consultant for Lockheed Martin Corporation’s Enterprise Operations. In that role, she was responsible for ensuring compliance of our Affirmative Action Planning and Equal Opportunity programs with state and federal laws and regulations.

Her educational accomplishments include a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Development from McDaniel College and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Notre Dame of Maryland, University.

Ms. Thomas served on the board of the DC Business Leadership Network and Co-Chaired the Committee on Diversity and Inclusion at Johns Hopkins Carey Business School.
