Please note that Disability:IN does not provide transportation to and from nearby hotels and does not have an official room block at any of these properties. This is for informational purposes only.

Advance Deposit Required:  

Please note that if you book a room at the host hotel property at the group rate, a non-refundable deposit of one (1) night’s room and tax will be charged to your credit card within 72 hours of booking.

Booking Accessible Rooms:

Accessible rooms at our Host Hotel, Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center, are limited and available on a first come/first served basis.

If you require an accessible room, including wheelchair accessible, hearing accessible, or visually impaired accessible, please email Abbey Hunter (ahunter@qandaevents.com). In your email, please be sure to include the following information:

  • Dates of your stay (including if you would like to extend your stay either before or after conference dates)
  • Specific accessibility needs
  • Your best mode of communication for follow up (phone/email)
