Conference Overview

The 2022 Disability:IN Annual Conference and Expo is the preeminent national event that taps into the vast economic potential of the full inclusion of people with disabilities.

This conference brings corporate, government, and disability-owned businesses, and Disability:IN Affiliates together to create workplaces, supply chains, and marketplaces where people with disabilities are fully included as professionals, customers, and entrepreneurs.

Our 2022 exhibitor partners will feature products, services, and technologies that attending companies are encouraged to collaborate with to develop strategies for business success across their workplaces, supply chains, and marketplaces.

Exhibit Space

Please note, due to space constraints, large displays will not fit, you will be contained to a total space of 8’ wide x 6’ deep for a single booth and 16’ wide x 6’ deep for a double booth. A single space will include (1) 6’ table with (2) chairs and a double space will include (2) 6’with (4) chairs.

All exhibitors are responsible for any A/V, shipping, labor, power and drayage set-up costs. Those fees will be paid directly to our contracted drayage, host hotel, and A/V companies through our exhibitor kit that will be sent out electronically.

Expo locations are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Limited space is available.

Conference Exhibitor $3,000

  • One (1) 6’ x 30” table draped, two (2) side chairs
  • Access for one (1) booth representatives to all conference meals, sessions and events ($1,500 value)
  • One-time use of opt-in registrant mailing list post conference
  • Company profile published on the 2022 Conference page with direct links to your website. This must be provided no later than June 30 to be included on the website.

Double Booth Conference Exhibitor $4,500

  • Two (2) 6’ x 30” tables draped, four (4) side chairs
  • Access for two (2) booth representatives to all conference meals, sessions and events ($3,000 value)
  • Plus, all benefits listed above

Day Pass $250

  • Only available as an additional booth representative for those approved registered exhibitors
  • Pass is only good for the exhibit hall and expo reception
  • Day passes are not good for conference sessions or meals

  • Limit: one additional day pass per single booth and two
    additional day passes per double booth

Conference Format

The conference includes four days of educational sessions, special events, and peer-based panel discussions geared specifically to major corporations, government personnel, and professionals with disabilities, disability-owned businesses, and Disability:IN Affiliates.

Company representatives from each exhibitor organization will be entitled to attend all conference educational sessions and events. The conference format will allow you time to participate in our exciting programs and network with attendees in chat rooms outside the booth. View the latest conference agenda.
